Bradley Jones
General Manager
A Boston native, Bradley Jones has more than 15 years’ experience in various concentrations of the hospitality industry. As General Manager of XOXO Sushi Bar (Chestnut Hill, MA), Jones leads a team of 40 to share in his passion of delivering unparalleled guest experiences in a contemporary and lively izakaya setting.
Jones’ culinary interest was realized when working in a Jamaica Plain bakery before school each morning beginning at the age 15. While studying at the University of Hartford, Jones chose a major in Chemistry & Physics which led him to uncover his next passion within the food and beverage industry: mixology. Now equipped with a chemist’s innate ability of pouring liquids, Jones left the bakery business in 2014 to delve further into the restaurant world.
After climbing the ranks from line cook to bartender to bar manager at the bygone Bella Luna and The Milky Way Lounge (Jamaica Plain, MA), Jones joined the Trillium Brewing family as a senior manager in 2018. Managing a team of more than 250 employees, highlights from Jones’ time with Trillium included opening new outposts in Fort Port, Seaport, Fenway and Canton, the latter where he was responsible for the creation of the spirits program. In 2023, Jones accepted the position of regional manager for Barcelona Wine Bar where he oversaw eight locations in two states, headed up extensive employee training programs, and managed a wine list boasting more than 500 labels.
Jones is enthusiastic about breeding positivity in professional environments, using his expertise to cultivate an environment that is equally rewarding for his team and guests. His love for creation shines through from his dedication to developing skilled knowledge of Japanese food and drink to outside-the-restaurant where he is an accomplished painter.
